Hello, my name is Michael. I'm a husband and a father to three beautiful children. I was a collegiate wrestler and now transitioned into MMA where I hold a current record of (2-0). When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Of course, there are great “12-week programs, 20 day challenges, 90 day transformations” , but by the end of the day, when you finish your program, what’s next? Another 12-week program? When I work with clients, I like to build lasting consistent relationships. I assist clients with nutritional guidance instead of just handing them a meal plan. I take my clients goals and treat them like they are mine. I provide the accountability and guidance all clients look for in a personal trainer or a coach!
